yes! Studio 313 WELCOMES Ellen Smoak!

I am so hApPY!  My good friend, Ellen, is joining the studio this month.  Ellen and I met one fine yoga day (maybe a year ago???).... immediately drawn to each other during a power yoga class, we quickly discovered we had sooo much in common and instantly got warm fuzzies for each other and for our lives touching!  If you haven't had the pleasure already, you will soon be touched by Miss Ellen's beautiful soul!  I say this loudly!...and with visions of her glistening smile in my head!  :)   AND, lucky for us, she has the ability to capture herself not only in the glow that radiates from her being but also through her beautiful writing, jewelry making, yoga instruction, and service to the community.  What a great addition for us!

starting July 08, studio 313's ahbahdoo studio cafe will host yoga classes every THURSDAY at 8pm.

We have a new studio mate!  Please Welcome Mrs. Jody Beck!  ... a bit on jody:  Jody is an awesome professor of architectural theory at the University of South Florida. AND, Jody is a practicing Architect and Principal-Owner of Traction Architecture.  ....And, Along with her husband, Ross (who we also adore), Jody is a new mommy to a super sweet little boy named Robin.  And, Jody is a true friend.  Now THIS is one great addition!  We are so happy to have jody part of Studio 313.....  
{ummm..... seriously, the fact that we actually made a  blog post tells you just how excited we really are......  We apologize for being completely slacking in our blogging efforts.  Thanks to Jody's inspiration, our hope is to be better bloggers and keep you in the AND!}

a beautiful day at the market.

It was such a great day today at the new Seminole Heights Sunday Morning Market. Yummy vegan veggie burgers, organic coffee, mmmm good vegan chocolate cupcakes.... so many great friends, a great variety of local veggies and flowers! Our special delight, of coarse, was little miss ella.....& yes, Amy and Charles, you too! :) we love you! Thanks Tampa Street Market!
